It feels like just yesterday that I opened my Etsy vintage clothing shop, The Gibbson Girl. But today, the shop boasts over fifty items for sale! And I haven’t stopped my search for unique vintage pieces while I’m in Europe. In fact, I’ve had some amazing opportunities to discover truly one-of-a-kind vintage items from unique locales. Recycled Packing for My Etsy Shop
It’s only a handful of days before I leave for Europe, so it’s down the wire on a couple creative projects I’m trying to complete. The first is posting new items in my Etsy vintage clothing shop, The Gibbson Girl. I’ve finally photographed every last piece in my inventory, so it’s time to get them measured and up on the shop!
The second project is my annual Spring Mix Tape. For this iteration, I’m creating collaged booklets. The concept was fairly simple but the execution is slow going (but worth it!).
With just a few days left to finish this all up, wish me serious luck!

Spring Packing + Spring Making
The weather was cold and windy yesterday for my first flea market selling the Gibbson Girl’s vintage clothing wears. Unfortunately, this translated into low traffic and low sales for this first try. That said, I still had a great time hanging out with my younger sister, people watching, and chatting with fellow vendors. It was a good experience, despite the disappointments. I’ll be giving it another go next weekend, so wish me better luck next time!
In the meantime, be sure to visit the online shop (new items added!). 🙂
